These terms govern your use of the Wi Go app and its services, including the service, account, trips, fixed fees, cancellation, privacy, and limitation of liability.

1. Nature of Service

The app acts as an intermediary technical platform connecting passengers and drivers to facilitate trip requests and manage associated data and payments. The app is not a direct carrier and does not assume responsibility for the transport service itself.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the app or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Users must be legally capable of accepting obligations related to use and payment within local law.

The app may refuse, suspend, or cancel an account if incorrect data, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms is present.

3. Your Safety

Your safety while using the app is a core priority. Passengers and drivers must adhere to safe behavior, respect traffic rules, and not expose themselves or others to danger.

It is recommended to verify the identity of the other party and match trip data before moving, and not share any sensitive personal information except as necessary to perform the service.

The app may use operational safety measures such as trip tracking, motion logs, report reviews, and emergency support or reporting when needed, according to the privacy policy and applicable regulations.

4. Account and Obligations

Users commit to providing accurate and updated data, maintaining the confidentiality of login data, not impersonating others, and bearing responsibility for all operations via the account.

Drivers also commit to providing correct and valid documents concerning themselves and the vehicle, and adhering to traffic regulations, professional safety, and respecting passengers.

5. Communication between Driver and Passenger

Communication between the driver and passenger is limited to what is necessary to perform the trip safely and efficiently, such as determining the meeting point or clarifying arrival or notifying any necessary change in route or location.

Communication must remain respectful, limited, and related to the service only. Its use for nuisance, harassment, requesting unnecessary personal information, or any purpose outside the trip is prohibited.

The app may provide internal, visual, or digital communication means as it deems appropriate, while maintaining user privacy and not disclosing their data except as necessary to provide the service.

6. Trips and Pricing

The cost of the trip or service may be determined according to distance, time, demand, and operational conditions. The price may be subject to adjustment in case of changing destination, additional stops, or cases allowed by the system.

7. What You Cannot Do on the Platform

You may not misuse or disrupt the platform or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or internal functions.

You may not impersonate others, post false information, manipulate the site, requests, or ratings, or use the app for fraud, nuisance, threat, harassment, or any behavior contrary to law or public morals.

You may not attempt to bypass announced fees or circumvent the operational system or exploit the service for other than its purpose or use communication within the platform for personal or commercial purposes not related to the trip.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to use the app fairly and clearly, and to obtain understandable information about the service, fees, and terms before completion.

You have the right to protect your privacy and personal data within the limits necessary to operate the service, and to request account deletion or data update via approved channels whenever regulations allow.

You have the right to submit complaints, objections, or request support when there is a technical error or operational problem, provided the request is reviewed according to approved policies and without violating the law.

9. Fixed Fees

The app currently does not provide internal electronic payment nor a wallet or financial balance within the system. Instead, the app may impose fixed and clearly announced fees for the service or operational subscription, such as 500 DA or any fixed amount determined by management and appearing to the user before completion.

These fees are not a variable commission on each trip, but a simple fixed fee communicated clearly to the user. The app may modify the fixed fee value in the future after notifying the user in the approved manner.

10. Absence of Wallet

The app currently does not provide an internal wallet or financial balance stored within the system. Any future mention of any payment method or balance is subject to a separate update in the terms and policies.

11. Cancellation and Refund

A trip may be cancelled by the passenger or driver according to approved operational controls within the app. If cancellation occurs after processing starts or after acceptance, it may lead to an organizational effect or restricted visibility or account review upon repetition.

Since fees are fixed and simple and not a variable commission on each trip, there is no complex financial settlement or internal electronic refund at this time, unless management states otherwise in a later update.

12. Behavior and Safety

Misuse of the app, manipulation of the site, requests, or ratings, or using the service in any illegal or fraudulent activity is prohibited. Threats, harassment, assault, or any behavior threatening safety is also prohibited.

The app may cooperate with competent authorities when there is a report, danger, or legal violation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app does not guarantee that the service will be free from malfunctions or interruption, and does not bear indirect or incidental damages resulting from use. Each user bears responsibility for their behavior and legal and financial obligations.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend Wi Go, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, and indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform or services; or (b) your breach or violation of any of these terms or any applicable law or regulation or rights of any third party, collectively referred to as damages.

This obligation remains to the extent permitted by law and includes any claim, dispute, or loss resulting from your behavior, content, transactions, or illegal or unauthorized use of the service.

15. General Provisions

We provide the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations, warranties, or assurances, express or implied, regarding reliability, security, timing, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, or completeness.

Please keep the platform updated to the current version of the app and ensure your device's compatibility. Some functions may require a good network connection or a suitable data plan, and we do not guarantee full performance under weak connection or device incompatibility.

The platform may contain links, advertisements, services, offers, events, or activities belonging to third parties not provided, owned, or controlled by Wi Go, and responsibility for their use lies solely with you.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot be waived or changed by law, and your rights as a consumer remain protected according to the applicable Algerian law.

16. Modification and Communication

The app may modify these terms at any time, and the modification becomes effective from the date of its publication within the app. Your continued use of the app after the modification means acceptance of the updated version.

17. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through app settings or approved support channels, after identity verification and ensuring account ownership.

Upon deletion, access to the account and its service-related files is terminated, with the app retaining data or records required by law for safety, dispute settlement, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention.

If there are outstanding obligations, reports, or active review procedures, deletion may be postponed until completion. After deletion, it may not be possible to restore the previous account, and subsequent use necessitates creating a new account according to the prevailing terms.
